Clean hotel with exceptionally courteous staff and magnificent location not far from many restaurants, points of interest and airport and family.

thoroughly enjoyed the way my king room was arranged with good windows, ac, for example. staff were immensely pleasant and breakfast was scrumptious. the location close to nearby stores & restaurants was great and convenient.

I really enjoyed my three-night stay at this well-run hotel. the breakfasts were delicious and offered a great variety, including hot waffles and tasty chicken, all served with exceptional service. the staff was consistently helpful and efficient, making my experience even better. the location is ideal—quiet yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and attractions.

It was a very good stay, great place. Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was peaceful right by a shopping center, Ft and Sanibel. I've been here for 7 nights, the breakfast was scrumptious with chicken and waffles, for instance.

Wanted to stay longer...

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was more than accommodating. Room was clean and well designed. Parking was convenient.

Access to the hotel was difficult and convoluted. When we arrived there was only person to take care of everything going on in the hotel. That included a party with about 50 guests going on in the Breakfast room. We were unhappy that you are not able to accommodate someone with an allergy to feathers (me), and I had to go out and buy my own pillow from a nearby Wal-Mart. I filled out the box that Booked.net provides asking if I had any special requests, but it was never sent to the hotel. The air conditioner was loud and rattled whenever the compressor turned on (room 123).

This hotel has a great location, conveniently close to the Oh Canada eh Dinner show.

Our shower walls had black mold in the corners....very nasty to look at.....also the batterys in our remote were dead.

Was very comfortable and convenient for our needs.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a 10-15 minute walk to the Waves Indoor Waterpark, making it perfect for our trip.
